At NŪVARA, we take great care in quality checking every product before it ships. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we’re here to make it right.
Returns:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.

To process a return:

You must provide an unboxing video from the start, clearly showing the damage or incorrect product.

The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange a pickup and issue a credit note that can be used on future purchases.
Missing Item
If an item is missing from your package:

Raise a request within 3 days of delivery

An unboxing video from the start must clearly show all received items

We will ship the missing product at the earliest

If the product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued

No refunds will be provided for missing items
