Refund policy

At NŪVARA, we take great care in quality checking every product before it ships. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns:

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a different product.

To process a return:

  • You must provide an unboxing video from the start, clearly showing the damage or incorrect product.

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a pickup and issue a credit note that can be used on future purchases.

Missing Item

If an item is missing from your package:

  • Raise a request within 3 days of delivery

  • An unboxing video from the start must clearly show all received items

  • We will ship the missing product at the earliest

  • If the product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued

  • No refunds will be provided for missing items
